Elder Flower: Now, let’s see… [gasps] My, oh, my! This hangar is beautiful! It reminds me of when all these lands were united.
A long time ago, there was a magical bat named Dawn. She was surrounded by other bats like her.
Inspector Mare: BATS???! I don’t think I remember reading those in the archives––
Professor: Wait, unless you count that one record of a vampire bat infestation on that ancient almanac…
Elder Flower: But one of the bats refused to get along with the others. This bat wanted to fly around and eat all the fruit for herself! So Dawn spoke to a spider, who wove a beautiful web to keep the mean greedy bat away. In the end, Dawn was able to protect their nest. Yet the greedy bat continues to this day to try to break the web! Which is why some bats eat fruit and some bats eat insects.
(Awkward silence)
Elder Flower:…That’s it!
Professor: GGAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!! This is flippin’ POINTLESS!!!
Inspector Mare: WAIT, maybe there’s symbolic meaning behind their rambling!
Professor: Or MAYBE she’s just a increpit ol’ crone who must’ve inhaled too much of that stinkin’ weed grass from her unkempt lawn!!
Wait…there’s something familiar about that story. Like I’ve heard it before somewhere…🤔
Inspector Mare: You met Dawn the bat yerself?!
Well, no. But the plot sounds familiar.
Professor: Where did you heard it? I wanna know what periodical, volume and chapter from the Argyle Archives, so I can cross-reference it later!

Elder Flower: All in a day’s work existing with the knowledge of my unicorn ancestors! Especially Great Great Great Great Auntie Moon Dancer!
Professor: Moondancer?! You mean you’re actually a descendant of one of the greatest and most wisest philosophical thinkers from the Twilight era!? My Master used to tell tales about her when I was a lil’ colt!
Elder Flower: She sure is a lot! Quit your yappin’! I hear ya!
Inspector Mare: Okay, Elder Flower! Let’s get you back at the flying van before somepony from the nuthouse commits you in a wheelchair and straitjacket!

Elder Flower: Thank you so much for giving me the trip of a lifetime, fillies!
Sunny Starscout: We’re so glad we could.
Zipp Storm: You deserve it.
Professor: (-__-) Yeah yeah yeah, don’t mention it
Inspector Mare: Perhaps I should take my ol’ grandpappy to Zephyr Heights someday too! See if he remembers anything from his past time!
Elder Flower: It’s truly one to remember. Especially since I got to see that new Together Tree! So lovely!
Professor: Yeah, I know—SAY WHAT NOW??!!!
Zipp Storm: Sorry, what?
Elder Flower: Uh, y-yes. The Together Tree. Over there. Just like our beautiful Wishing Tree in Bridlewood.
Zipp Storm: What’s a Together Tree?
Elder Flower: [voiceover] These trees are very powerful, created only when ponies come together through true friendship. Together Trees communicate and connect magically to each other through their roots underground.
Professor: GGASSSSPPP, just like an international mycorrhizal communication network!! Didn’t Professor Argyle mentioned about an ancient tree that housed a magical map of Equestria in his studies??
Mycorrhizal communication, in other words, a symbiotic/mildly pathogenic relationship in their Bridlewood roots and their forest for the trees. Very interesting…
Professor: There’s a reason why arborists call this phenomenon the “Wood Wide Web”
Elder Flower: They are our great protectors, and we, in turn, must protect them.
Sunny Starscout and Zipp Storm: Whoa!
Zipp Storm: Elder Flower, thank you so much for teaching us that!
Professor: AND saving me the effort of dangling Izzy off from one of her own trees!
Inspector Mare: HEHEHEHHE, he didn’t mean it like that! It was a joke!!

Zipp Storm: [sighs] It really was beautiful. But it held no clues.
Sunny Starscout: Hey, we tried. At least Elder Flower has had a nice time here. She seems happy.
Zipp Storm: And really, doing something like this for her? That’s a win in my book.
Inspector Mare: Look on the bright side! At least we learned a LOT about the old days from Elderflower than we did from reading all the published works of Argyle in one day!
Professor: Hmmmm….you do gain a lot from travelling a thousand hoof steps than reading a thousand books……perhaps I should keep Izzy grounded for the time being…

Zipp Storm: [strained] That… was a beautiful tale.
Sunny Starscout: Yes. Thank you for sharing your story with us.
Inspector Mare: It was—uhh––enlightening, hehehe!
Professor: All right! Let’s go back to Bridlewood, so I can nail Izzy’s tail on off the highest elder tree branch for wastin’ our precious time!

Elder Flower: Once, I attended a super fancy sparkly wedding, but all the ponies kept changing shapes, and I almost threw out my hip! Hah!
Inspector Mare: Are you sure you weren’t on the sticky wicky during that wedding??
Professor: I don’t think so! I remember reading about these ancient changeling creatures that can transform into anypony they see! They used to be mention in the scripts of the Twilight era—and then suddenly those references just—disappeared!

If you do not specify a field to search over, the search engine will search for posts with a body that is similar to the query's word stems. For example, posts containing the words winged humanization, wings, and spread wings would all be found by a search for wing, but sewing would not be.
