I gotta admit, at first I thought Detective Pikachu was a horrible idea and I didn’t like how the Pokémon looked. Once I adjusted to the visuals, though, it seems like it’ll be a fun movie that I’m actually kind of hopeful for.

I’m not expecting critics to like it but that’s not something I care about. In terms of video game based movies, it certainly seems better than the standard fare.

No. I already saw it last week "best Marvel movie ever, by the way". Right now, I was only talking about Pokémon: Detective Pikachu. If you don’t care about that movie, please don’t respond to me about it. Because I don’t care what anyone says anymore.

…I never said anything terrible about it. Hell, I’m looking forward to it, and my mom’s gonna go see it with me on the Tuesday after its release!

I’m not gonna background pony for this anymore. I’m really, really tempted to self-harm right now.

It feels like such a stupid teenage emo thing I should have grown out of by now but I still get the urge sometimes.

In the past I’ve been too vain to cut because of scars but I don’t care about that anymore.

I probably won’t give into those feelings but man it’s annoying that they won’t leave my mind.

I know those feels so hard. I haven’t cut myself in over 4 years but the urge still lingers from time to time.

I’ve struggled with depression, but have had thoughts on cutting.
A friend (who had cutted in the past) tells me to not try it since it becomes addicting.

It’s a feedback loop. The physical pain is a distraction from psychological pain but the aftermath brings on more psychological pain, causing yourself to repeat.

Which makes sense.
I’ll admit I was close to it though, I had my friend’s switchblade (which he accidentally left at my house) and while at work, I was tempted to just use it on my right arm, but I kept running it down my sweater. I guess I was too scared to do it?

I gave you free help. What more do you want from me?

I wake up from a long day of drinking to a hateful PM because I won’t talk about Fluttershy.

You don’t care what other people are going through.

You no longer consider me as a friend, which is why I won’t sugarcoat it.

Ngl the physical pain as a distraction thing was why I took up exercise in the first place. When my whole body starts hurting, when my mind goes survival mode and I become laser focused, single minded, nothing else matters except finishing that one damn rep that one last hundred meters or holding out for another ten seconds which feels like infinity…

In those moments I feel unburdened. Not only that, I feel like…I want to live. Pain has a funny way of reminding me that I don’t really want yo die after all.

Also the soreness that comes after exercise is a nice feeling.
