I think I’m on the same page as you guys. It takes a lot of good effort to make a really good offensive joke.

I like dark humor, but more so general stuff than just being offensive for the sake of offensive. I’m okay with offensive jokes, but have some meat behind it and not just “lel 9/11”. Dumb jokes don’t offend me, they’re just lame. This is pretty funny to me. but most under that tag are just dumb.

Again, I don’t mind it, it’s just getting harder and harder these days to pull it off well. For example, one of the most EASIEST offensive jokes you can make are 9/11 jokes. You’ve probably heard them a million times and it stopped being funny the first 100 jokes, so it’s just rehashing the same punchline over and over just to offend people.

Yeah that kind of dark humor bothers me. It comes off as lazy as a bit too mean spirited for my tastes. It’s kind of why I stopped watching Family Guy after a while because a good chunk of the humor there was either that or drawn out cutaway gags (which I also grew to hate after a while, especially the Conway Twitty one).

Me too sometimes. I don’t mind dark humor or twisted humor once in while. I also don’t mind looking at the occasional semi-grimdark or grimdark stuff once in a while too.

Yeah, I can understand. Beside humor is subjective.

It depends for me. Some of it is funny, but a lot of it is just dark and offensive for the sake of being dark and offensive without any sort of punchline.

I do find those thing funny . Sure some people wouldn’t be agree with me, because humor is subjective. Plus I also do like dark humor.

It only bothers me if it ends up relating to Chrysalis taking Cadence’s place. That could be it’s own damn fetish with how much it appears.
