Currently my custom SFW filter has 29 tags spoilered and 58 tags hidden while my NSFW filter has 93 spoilered tags and 58 hidden tags.
 
As for why I use so many spoilers, I honestly like how creative and funny they are. Plus a lot of times I like to be prepared before getting into something.
