That’s pretty neat, the blog_is_adult values could be handy when searching for reblogs of deleted posts/accounts.  
But yes, the reblog system is really weird, like when wayback machine pages have their reblog button disabled so there’s no way to get that key (that I know of).

I afraid, that it’s a some kind of static fully random key you can’t even obtain w/o loading post itself.  
I found, that you’re able to get all notes from a fully hidden post by using https://www.tumblr.com/svc/tumblelog/BLOGNAME/POSTNAME/notes endpoint. Still hadn’t found any other accessible endpoints.

Scrolling through huge blogs is great, you can get to the bottom by clamping down the end key for half an hour and then you get one shot at reblogging the post you want before the browser tab crashes.  

 
This is my biggest problem right now, I wish there was a way to guess the random reblog attribute based on that number at the end.  
Like tumblr.com/reblog/144718733022/RGYDjfGd, if there was a way to figure out the last part you would never have to search for a post again.

Honestly, I have no idea about of when exactly they use this way of spoilering, but in case of digging in reblogs, this thing could help. At the same time, because of glitchy Tumblr code, you cannot view specific post in dashboard for marked blog, so you gonna have fun time scrolling for a half of a day. Their filter just eats the last attribute of the link (e.q. https://www.tumblr.com/dashboard/blog/fatbotsartblog/185024532850)
