Fixed the image thing for now (it’s not up yet, for some reason the CSS compressor thingy is semi-derping aka it works but ogod it’s so slow) by setting a min-height. Scrollbars (ARE YOU USING GOOGLE CHROME/CHROMIUM BY ANY CHANCE) should also be fixed, not unsurpisingly google chrome is not following standards, AGAIN. Also reduced the comment width a bit while I was at it.

Yeah, not sure if we need to have a postcounter (assuming it even works) on images).
 
I might also make the forum width slightly less hardcoded soon

The comments take up less space now, which is a plus, but it all looks so cluttered now… Even turning the avatars off with AdBlock doesn’t help all that much.
 
Anyone working on a Stylish script yet?

I actually kinda prefer the old layout. Will there be a way to change it in the ‘settings’, perhaps?

Please fix it so it displays the number of image comment posts we’ve made, rather than forum comments. It’s rather minor, but I do feel a bit of hurt pride seeing such a low number next to my name - it makes me look like a Derpibooru light weight!

Looks much better now than before, though I still preferred the old format. I think it might be the change in background that’s striking me as “off”.

I think they’re already aware of that.  
Along with other small changes that have to be made (adjusting min-height, removing forums post info, etc.).

I like the change, well probably because I got used to it.

I think that’s just a super small scrollbar that appeared by default.

Can you reduce the horizontal dimension of the comment box as well? I think it’s easier to read that way.
 
Also, the avatar doesn’t stay in the box, if the comment is just one line.
 

 
And what are those arrows on the right for? They only appear on people with badge, but when I tried clicking them, doesn’t seem like they do much other than moving the username slightly up or down.

I don’t think it’s that big. But I do think it looks a heck of a lot more squished together now that there’s more information in the same area.

I checked ‘Request Desktop Site’ and found that it’s not a mobile layout

We’re making tweaks around the layout now; that’ll be up soon.
 
We’ll be working on optimisations for the new system - we’re aware the site is loading slowly right now and this will get sorted, no fear. Bear with us while we get this all sorted, though.

The image box is too huge, and the distance between the image and the text too. It kind of breaks the harmony in the image’s page.

Well at the moment, I like the changes to the comments.

The reload thing is really annoying. Now I have to push ‘back’ twice to get back to the index page :-/ Plus it’s slow loading in the first place.
 
There’s also a bug (?) right now that when you hit reply to a comment, second copy of that comment appears above it. But after you post and it reloads, the duplicate is gone.
 
Appearance wise, I agree make the avatars smaller and reduce the white space.

You install Adblock Plus, then right-click the image you want to block, and select “Block element”.
 
Make sure the only thing you’re blocking is the single URL of that image, or else you might end up blocking every single avatar.

Looks great. I suppose they are a little too big, though. Make ’em roughly half the size they are now, and maybe make the avatars smaller to match?

ehh, tbh it’s just distracting. i know that it’s also meant to instill more sense of a community, but tbh i think derpibooru outside the forums should be mainly about the art, not the people commenting on it. and the avatars definitely need to be smaller. about 30% of their current size, i’d say.
