That might be all well and good normally, but we are here in the actual thread to figure out ratings for some consistency; dragging in practices like that to actual determinations ruins consistency.

I’d tag it as suggestive just to be on the safe side of things.

I think so (there’s a whole Rarity meme about this and I’ve always seen it rated Suggestive), although I’m not entirely sure anymore since there’s a whole host of Safe-rated innuendo I’ve become aware of.

Does telling someone to “bend over” count as suggestive?

To be a rating other than Safe, something must encompass a broad concept of kinds of content not suitable for children, and for such unsuitability to be agreed on enough that we forbid it being meshed with Safe. Vulgar and slur are too narrow, and are generally not thought of as being entirely unsuitable for children.

 
But if grotesque and grimdark are ratings, I don’t see why vulgar and slur aren’t ratings. They still describe the content like those other two.

Keep in mind that the show itself has Pinkie clones being zapped to implode into magic, the Mean 6 being melted to death, and Sombra being rended very quickly, so even murder itself requires at the very least some pain or mild bodily horror to trigger Semi-grimdark.  
We don’t see a thing here except gravestones; for all we know, Spike poisoned them in ways their hearts would just give out in their sleep.
