To add just a little to ‘some merge cases are inherently convoluted’, some duplicates are so unbelievably hard to resolve sometimes that it can take months of looking at the images under a microscope and talking to artists and the reporter to figure out how to resolve just one of them where “just make the second image an alternative” is not acceptable to the artist, and their preference is “just one” but each of them have some sort of issue that the other fixes. I’ve been working on a set of duplicates that were reported back on (checks watch) 18 March.

2LDR: Normally they’re easy, done in a matter of seconds, and sweeping through and grabbing the low hanging fruit can sometimes just take an hour to work through. But some duplicates are puzzles straight out of hell and you might spend an hour or four working on each one.

Poll voting seems to be broken - whenever i try to vote, i just get redirected into the homepage and the vote doesn’t register.

For me, it outright states that I don’t have authorization to access that page. I tried inspecting the button but nothing seems to come up. Maybe it’s trying to redirect to something akin to one of these two links, that’s all I can gather based on what shows up when inspecting.

Interestingly, if I click back, the inspect returns a new category of “fa fa-check”, whatever the hell that means…

I was trying to remove the Princess Luna and Princess Celestia tags from >>3437294 and I can’t solve the hcaptcha. The checkbox just pinwheels and the JS console says “Uncaught RuntimeError: index out of bounds” in hsw.js:1

No… Unsure what went wrong, but sounds like a browser issue; extension conflict?

Some older APNG posts were from before the site could process them right. For example, their thumbnails are static and they are indexed as “animated:false”. They could use re-processing.

Hey, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I noticed this weird bug on iPhone where there’s a bunch of empty space on the right side of the screen. It’s only there when I’m signed into the site and it happens on Chrome and Safari. I should note that this empty space isn’t there on other sites like Twibooru, even if I’m signed in there.
