Some of the searchable attributes are not listed on the search help page, like animated:, duration:, file_name:, pixels:, size:, first_seen_at:, updated_at:, and gallery_id:

It isn’t a bug, it’s a feature.
As you need specified parameters, noone would use it in a search.

Nonsense. For example, animated:, duration:, pixels:, and size: are available for use in the dropdown menu for adding search terms to a search. They literally are for searching.

Presumably *_at: works with .gte and .lte for range searches.

Every one of those is intended to be available but not documented on that page

Also, I noticed the id for the “Special Characters and Suffixes” header is misspelled, preventing the anchor link in the table of contents from jumping to it: presently it’s special-charcters but should be special-characters

I found some cases where search results don’t agree with the specified tag category count queried; here’s one example (search requires 0 character tags, but the post has 1 character tag)

Is this an indexing/reindexing issue, or else some real bug?

Well known hiccup in the system.

Sometimes index updates get dropped due to things like deployments etc.

I have future plans to make everything more robust, because a lot of shortcuts were taken during development and I think I both know better and can do better now.

I’m getting notifications from my own comments in the notifications page - pretty sure that isn’t supposed to happen.

The “discard notification” button also doesn’t take effect unless you refresh the page.
