Couldn’t say between those, but I’m inclined to think it’s a genuine Safari problem, because I used BrowserStack to make some screenshots from Macs and it displays correctly in Safari 18.0 (preview/beta) and incorrectly in 17.3 and 16.5 https://imgur.com/a/ipOXqmA

Sources look fine in Safari 14.1.2 on macOS 11.7, so it’s not solely about old versions; is it an iOS thing?

No. It’s happening on all versions, even developer builds.

But it’s just cosmetic. And only happens if there’s multiple source URLs.

I figure it will eventually get sorted out with a Safari update, or the new UI for the site.

All I know about Apple updates is that every time I’ve updated my OS it’s rendered a bunch of older programs incompatible and forced me to reinstall the drivers on everything that uses drivers, so I would not at all be surprised to hear that something in the next version of Safari automatically replaces every instance of the word “window” on a page with a dirty limeric in Ukrainian.

Every wonder why things are like that? Because people like me ADHD’d at things as hard as we could until other people thought they could sell them, and if it works for us it should work for you because don’t you have ADHD too? Doesn’t EVERYONE have wow I didn’t realize that this song was so good why didn’t I remember how much I loved this song? (warning: Equestria Girls music).

HA HA just serious.

And, also, I’m sorry. Genuinely and sincerely sorry. I now volunteer at music stores and art sites to try to make at least a tiny dent in my karma from when I was in the room and we chose this time line because reasons. And, in case it helps you feel better - the description on this image (warning: naughty image) is just one tiny example of how I’m also living in the nightmare with you. Like - I helped INVENT this stuff and I can’t get it to do what I want without hours of poking at it either.

But, poking at it until it works is literally my whole life. That’s, like, isn’t that what every day is? Poke it harder, maybe it will work now. How about now?

2LDR: We did this to ourselves. Or, at least, some of us did it to the rest of you.

This issue is fixed in today’s MacOS Sequoia with Safari 18.0

Oh thank god. It was driving me nuts.

I think I possibly found a tag with the wrong tag count? Unless there’s one waiting for approval, I’m not sure how long it’s been waiting in that case.

Seems alright now. I’m guessing it was showing a tag count of 2 when there was just the 1 image.
