If I’m in the right mood, Guinness is good. :)
My go-to was always Newcastle, though. I can trace my Mom’s side of the family back to Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where the stuff is made, so that’s a bonus. But one of my friends from…let’s say “a long time ago,” when I was living in Detroit, was the one to turn me on to Newcastle. I’d never heard of it before, but before I knew it, I was double-fisting pints of the stuff at the club. Crazy fun times.
