I mean more along the line of some people thinking Futa on female needs the lesbian tag due to seeing it being no different than a lesbian pic involving a strap-on, it’s one has an actually dick instead.

Sometimes people don’t remove them properly or make mistakes.
Regardless, yes you are correct, they should not be together unless actual lesbian activities are in the image, same goes for solo futa being tagged with solo female or female.
