Description

To be fair, it’s not like the Apple family can afford one of those expensive Remlock suits, never mind for a young’un who’s just going to outgrow it in a few years.

Also, fortunately, it should be pretty easy to clean that egg off the glass…

What’s funny is I always assumed those guys who say “follow me” were just gonna mug me - later I heard from somewhere that they’re actually counter-offers that sometimes carry some risk but sometimes pay more.

Though maybe sometimes they ambush you? I dunno. I always just ignored them and did my contract like an honorable pilot :p

I should continue this series. It’s cute and fun.

Well… spoilers-it’s cuter and funner for me, who knows how it’s gonna end :p

@EpicQuest
No, you would.

I don’t get why the blood-boiling thing is so commonly accepted.

Well, first off, though, the big misconception is freezing. Space doesn’t really have a “temperature”, since when I say “it’s 80 degrees outside” I’m referring to the air temperature - well, there’s no air in space. Heat is instead directly radiated, which transfers heat far more slowly than what we’re used to.

Some detailed stuff, but what’s funny is it also seriously considers Ebullism, yet there’s been vacuum exposure before without that occurring, and that incident is specifically referred to.

It did occur in animal test subjects, though, apparently. I’d guess due to higher surface-area to volume ratio. Apparently there was one incident where someone died from 2-3 minutes of exposure in a similar accident to the one where the guy survived. This details what happened and gives a great analysis of it all and from many more sources.

Annoyingly enough, I seem to remember another occasion where circumstance forced someone to eject from an aircraft above the Armstrong limit without a pressure suit, effectively ejecting in space, but he survived the thing free-falling back down and with an automatically-deploying parachute, though he was in and out of consciousness the whole time.

But you’re right to think her injuries in a vacuum would be more than asphyxiating… Given she’s pretty far from any sun/star, she’d turn into a pony popsicle, for one :q She’s too cute to die tho
