I’ll bet they only communicated through mail back in those pre internet days, which is as slow as it is now, and also newspapers and old TVs for any new information and any show they like.

well the term furry is older then you think, some people I know once told me that it’s 1000s of years old, likely as old as ancient times, like the Egyptian gods for example, some say they’re just that: furries.

they do have electricity, one of the g4 episodes showed a dam, and the concept of electric dams started in late 1800s/early 1900s.

and g4 is well I think 1930s technology and g5 is either 2010s or 2020s technology with the touch screens and all.

I don’t know how someone can get so attached to Sprout that they just don’t bother to watch the rest of G5 if he doesn’t appear in any episodes, even Starlight’s fans weren’t like this.

Yeah gotta agree on that. It’s so weird how Sprout garner such extreme reactions out of any other characters, such as absolutely hating on Hitch or being overly defensive toward him. I like Sprout but it’s really hard to enjoy seeing him with fans like those.

Well. That person’s either joking or willing to miss out. Sure [top/fave/fixated character] feels great to see and all. But dang, there’s so many other characters that can almost be as good! Who’d want to miss out on Zipp’s cuteness, Izzy’s silliness, Pipp being a singer, Zipp’s calm and gorgeous voice? Hitch being yellow? Haven being a pony, Or Jazz being a penguin?!

(Overexaggerated at the end. Also, don’t take the last few statements seriously. Also, I’m aware Jazz is a pony, not a penguin)

I know what you mean, I even witness one getting banned form this site permanently, all cause he’s making a big fuss of people having negative opinions of a character, who isn’t even real to begin with, and tried playing the victim card when he’s been told to stop numerous times already.

What’s the point of me making new pony stuff if this fandom is almost dead anyways; nobody will see me work anyways because of that.

I will never go coocoo about the characters I adore. I may defend them and support them, but I’m not somepony who will fly off the handle about them.

I know who you’re referring to. I like Sprout but being that obsessed with a fictional character is not healthy.
