The Green in the manga was suppose to be the female playable character in Red/Blue, but there wasn’t enough space. It’s why every Kanto game afterwards has her in one form or another.

Nope. Yellow was a character made for the manga to represent the Yellow game. She appear after the tournament that Green, Blue and Red were in.

And Green and Yellow are two different characters, and the manga literally had Green donning the LeafGreen/FireRed female protagonist outfit in that arc. I’m going to drop this since I already have to deal with one headache.

The protagonist of Pokémon Colosseum. Used to be a part of a villainous organization until he jumped ship, but not before swiping some cool technology capable of swiping other people’s Pokémon (On the condition they’re shadow Pokémon). The girl is an eventual partner who can spot said Pokémon.
