Yeah, basic functionality during ’Rona illness was either limited or harmful - even walking was exhausting to me, that I needed someone to escort me to the location I wanted to go.

Almost looks like my laptop. Mine’s an MSI GL-62 from 4 years ago.

Well I got my new desktop assembled and took it to a computer guy to make sure I didn’t hook something up wrong, and aside from suggesting better cable routing it’s good to go. He did suggest getting an M2 SATA SSD since the motherboard has a slot for one (already have a regular 2TB SSD installed). He said it would be over twice as fast as the other, so I’m going to get one and dedicate it to DCS World and let the system and other games/programs have the other.

I had a good conversation today. The vast majority of people I have to deal with are stupid, small-minded, and petty, so it is refreshing to have pleasant company for a change, if only for a little while.

That virus made me feel weak and miserable.  
But hey, at least I lost weight

I finally washed the pitbull and cleaned his room.
 
He’s getting old, I’m doing everything I can.

I believe so. I was considering replacing my OG Xbox One with either the S or X, but I have been doing the majority of my gaming on PC and Switch lately, so another Xbox wouldn’t make sense to me. I might get the Xbox Series X a couple of years down the road if I decide to get another Xbox.

I got a $5 tip at work today from one of the customers

I got this crappy overdraft thing dealt with. Ended up paying near 40$ for -1.70
 
Such is business, they warn about this. Overdraft protection cost money anyway.

Getting tips in general is a good feeling, I love it when customers give tips to me.

Well, thanks to the help of Mellow Rhythm and the positive feedback of Communist Starlight I published my first English fanfiction right now. And you can maybe imagine how much problems this causes me, because I am German and therefore not an English native speaker. But you’ve all given me a reason for even attempting something like this.
 
And of course I am aware that not everyone will like this story. It’s also only the first chapter, but I have already finished the story, at least in German. I will only need some time to translate it into proper English. So far, I hope you’re having a little fun with it.
 
I may only have been here on Derpibooru for three years, but I have been an MLP fan from the very beginning. I love this site and the people who are active on it. I know that I’m a rather difficult person myself, and I really don’t want to annoy anyone. But at least you were all part of the inspiration. Along with the events of this year. This is now my first step towards a legacy (cough) that I would like to leave to the Brony/Pegasister community. You’re worth it. And therefore I take my hat off to this fandom.

No matter if he/she/they likes it or if you think I am a just a waste of time. Any form of criticism is welcome. Because you only become stronger by recognizing your mistakes. The only thing I want is a good story to tell. That is my only aspiration. ;-)

I’m sorry, I’m just going to post this in three threads that mean a lot to me personally. This is not spam, but simply a friendly invitation to those I think are contributing something special to this thread.

At my uncle and aunt’s house sitting in the balcony listening to the falling rain after eating a huge banquet. Life is pretty good.
