Happy venting thread

Back from my Thanksgiving gathering, I had fun and ate a lot of great food

So glad I work the next four days. November will be over in no time.

at last. after a week with no wifi access (aside from what i can get a hold of on my phone), i’m back.  
me & my family have recently moved house & we got a new hub yesterday. the things was set up earlier today & now, i don’t have to be on my phone to browse the internet.

Did I really miss the 2nd anniversary of creation of my Derpi account?  
Oh well, at least I tried 😅

I gained a bit of muscle.

I didn’t realize this until now, but a couple of days ago was the third anniversary of my account here.

Assuming nothing bad happens in the next few months, I could pay off my car early.

Mine’s coming up in a little bit. Problem is, it doesn’t tell me the exact date I joined.

Saw this video of cleaning rust off of your bike with soda and aluminum foil, and wow, did it work! I made sure I used baking soda to keep it from rusting even more, other than that, science rocks!

I had a little movie marathon today with my DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD Blu-ray collection. Also, I made almost $400 selling my old Xbox One and a gaming PC I built.

We finally have cold weather, it must’ve been that duct tape on my window.

Insulation is so underrated.
 
I’m shopping for acoustic/thermal panels so I can turn my room into a bumping freezer box.
 
I collect blankets to put on my windows, I got extra to cover up acoustic panels on the wall facing the living room.

Got a very much needed two day break each from my job and now I’m ready and confident to go back again with much needed enthusiasm. Only problem I’ll have is the Christmas Rush but I don’t think it’ll be that bad compared to the Thanksgiving one from weeks before.

I need to get a car. To maintain meaningful employment. I could get work at the labor pool every day if I had a car.

I made a progress of not going berserk online and irl after taking a liter of beer!
