[Dark] Depression/Suicides within the fandom (The revival)

Hey, it will be ok, things will get better.

Whenever I feel sleepy/tired I get depressed…

Oh well… I guess I can work out tonight… After tonight I think I’ll take a 2 day break and then hopefully I can go 2 hours then…. still not a lot, but it’s a start… should be to 4 hours in no time
 
BTW, 160-170 worked great.. idk if I mentioned that… I might need 175-180 near the middle and end but for the beginning 160-170 worked pretty well

I miss being a kid, when things were more fun and less drama.

No idea..Im on east coast south FL. Looks like we got spared the worst of it but…I’m just ready to get this over with. No class is fun, but I don’t have anything else to do.

I know, but it moved farther west and the local news said we’ll be getting tropical storm force winds. Okay, that sounds insensitive..I’m thinking about our side. I do feel bad for people on the wesr coast and the Keys (some people stayed behind…no idea why)

This hurricane is making me depressed…

Hmm.. change of topic… Can’t decide if I should work out tonight… I guess I’ll see how I feel…. I worked out yesterday and the day before.. damn it started feeling good.. still not in shape enough to go the time I want :/

My dog’s ashes have come in today.
 
At least he is home now, sleeping forever with my Papa at his side.

I worked out the past 2 days pretty hard, though
 
 
I think I’ll take a day off and then bump the time up to 2 hours.. maybe even 2 hours 15 minutes (if I work out slightly less hard than usual)… I’ve been working out at a heart rate of 160-165, currently
 
But I’ll bump that up to 165-170 eventually.. maybe even 180 near the middle of my workout when I get that massive boost of energy after about 2 and a half hours of cardio… idk… after working out for about 2 and a half hours I get a massive boost of energy that lasts for about 60-90 minutes… so I generally work out for 4 to 4 and a half hours
