I looked into it. It was a commission for a dude who ships their OC with twilight so my guess is this person made this like a father son bonding thing.

Or the missing male/father figure who Spike has never had. That would be the “sell” for me on any Twilight ship… she might get a husband, but Spike gets a dad.
