Twilight as a Alicorn have the DNA of Unicorn, Pegasi and Earth pony, so any male Pony of any the 3 pony race can give birth of any of their race with a ALicorn but a Alicorn can be born too.
Thorax and Chrysalis to remake the Hive will be possible but first need to fix their relationship First and be both agreed for the sake of the changeling
