It’s story about some dude that was forced to live in house with interdimentional portal - to work on human side and to sleep on Equestria side. All legal and fine. But when his friends broke into the house and get loose (not for long) on Equestria side, it demanded an investigation. Rose - his coowner of house. Agent S.D. is princess aid for potential alien invasion investigation.
It’s from Fine Print, I’m not sure which chapter the pic is from. It’s a really nice story, I absolutely loved it!
