Real talk still not seeing any proof about that Artist Beware thing you insisted the artist was on. Likewise again I’m not white knighting, that implies I’m trying to defend the artist. I’m just asking for proof for my own sake, which again you seem to not be able to provide.

First off, thats not an example of irony. Second, I’m not defending a fraudulent anything, I’m saying you’re saying a lot of stuff with no citation or evidence of proof that this is a common enough occurrence that they end up in an Artist Beware page.
 
Third, I’m an artist too so I get a bit incredulous when it comes to accusations like yours when you didn’t get what you want and suddenly start spouting off claims of fraud and other stuff.

So unless you plan to link me to an Artist Beware page for this artist like you claimed they’re on, I have no reason to believe you’re anything more than whining for not getting what you wanted. Have a fun day.

Then they are wrong as are you. The artist already had a listing on Artist Beware, so I’m not the only one who sees through the BS. You can defend these fraudulent actions all you wish. Uploading an auction with zero interest in honoring the result is fraudulent. Kinda ironic, your name being Knight, considering the Whiteknighting.

Either way what I’m saying is why are you here, yaknow? The fact remains that the auction was to win the picture as a YCH, and the artist uploaded the Base image. So with that in mind, they broke no rules regarding the YCH auction since again they’re two separate pictures.
 
Following that, they can still decide to retry an auction for the YCH variation any time and you’d once more get the chance to try your hand at winning the auction.
 
Edit: Just checked the original auction link and its not listed as “Investigation for Fraudulent Activity” so even the site moderators agree its not a fraud.

Fraudulent implies they did not intend to do it period and was going to take the money regardless. The guy who did one was just saying they couldn’t pay and so the owner of the auction took it down instead of going down the list.
 
Thats not fraudulent, thats reascending an auction based on the winner not providing.

I said I was outbid. I very clearly said I did. I gave up afterwards and moved on. My friend pointed out what happened afterwards.
 
I came here first to make sure ppl know that the artist refused to honor the winning bid. I lost fair and square, the winner did not receive what they won. It was a fraudulent auction, as the artist clearly had zero interest in letting it go.

I did, unfortunately I didn’t have enough to purchase it. I know, the price is a bit high but I haven’t been disappointed on my previous works involving AJ and the Dazzlings. So I think it’s worth it.

Because Commishes recommends to put the lowest price possible in order to caught possible bidders attention. Otherwise if the full price is the starting point a few or even nobody will be interested, so that actually builds up more tension between truly insterested bidders

Metal a Fraud? Man I don’t know who you’re and I’m sorry you couldn’t afford such piece from the mighty Metalhead. I’ve known him way more than you since, and the least thing he would do is fraud. I couldn’t pay more than 65, so I messaged Metal and he told me that he could not sell this for less because of the amount of work and time invested, yet you without having the smallest knowledge started crying on both Derpibooru and commishes giving him a FALSE bad impression of his works in the fandom. Did he stole you money? Did he took your $25 bucks out of your pocket? Did anyone else in the biding list got affected by his decision of not selling his art to no one? I have the winning email and he refused to sell it to me, and I totally understand him, he’s actually sick of people like you trying to get the best out of him without caring for the amount of work he puts in his drawings. I have commissioned him before and let me tell you that every single penny is worth when he’s in charge. The only person who should be ashamed should be you, and only you because no one else is crying all over the internet about it…

Artist. You intentionally tried to cheat people and misuse YCH.commish
 
You had no intentions of letting it go to anyone who wouldn’t pay the Autobuy price. You engaged in a fraudulent auction and should be ashamed of yourself. I bid on it as a gift for my friend. I was outbid and gave up. But to know that you fucked the person who outbid me and did not honor their win is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
