But what does it have to do with what I said?
This is only tangentially related, but his comment brings Castle and Bones to mind. Their respective male and female leads begin as platonic partners until they decide to hook up around Season 5 or 6. I’m not a great analyst, but I think there’s something I could say about modern media arts when two separate shows use the same trope in nearly the same timeframe. XD

That’s a good question. The stupid relationship games I see people play in TV and movies really piss me off sometimes.
Why can’t we just be honest and have all?
