My only issue with this decision is the “AI has to be high-quality” bit, which is a bar that human-made art doesn’t have to bother with. It would be much clearer to simply ban all AI-generated content, rather than opening up the “mods are wrong about how good my slop is” avenue.
That said, if you guys insist on continuing to allow AI content, will I have to filter out all the listed tags there, or will there be a single catch-all tag that I can filter once and not see any of its offspring?

High quality is only the first requirement. Even amazing quality pure AI output is not allowed. Only images that a human worked on are allowed.

From what I understand, all images that had even tiniest bit of AI in the workflow will be tagged ai content, just like they are today. You can simply filter that. Though it includes things like human-made redraws of AI images (that include a thumbnail of the original AI image) and videos with AI voice, which some anti-AI people don’t mind.

I can imagine they’re waiting for the purging of AI generated content before removing other measures like that. Or maybe they just won’t at all, AI generated images still get uploaded to the site and get tagged AI generated, nothing wrong with having extra bits of redundancy when something slips through moderation.

These are images where AI was used to create significant parts of the image, along with significant edits and direction from a human
As I understand it this will only allow pictures that are “ai assisted” in terms of for example background or lighting/shadow details.
And ALL AI art as in “a prompter put in tags and the AI generated an image” without further human editing will be deleted, right?
So all “AI ART” will be deleted. While “AI assisted art” which is something completely distinct will be subject to further scrutiny.
