Why is there so much debate on the scene where Han kills Greedo? Where do people get the idea that Han kills Greedo in cold blood, when Greedo is very clearly planning to kill him? What was Han supposed to do, just let Greedo kill him?

No, the debate has to do with the infamous “Han shoots first” change in the special edition versions.

In the Special Edition, Han dodges a shot fired by Greedo from 3 feet away.
 
So either Han has the reflexes of The Flash, or Greedo is the worst shot in the galaxy.

Also, Greedo is usually portrayed as being a pathetic Bounty hunter who is mocked even by his own peers.

Well we didn’t Han to be a cold blooded killer or something so he only shoots when the other guy shoots first.

These clone wars episodes happen right in the middle of episode three.  
I hope we see a new version of order 66.

According to TvTropes, the final episodes take place at that point.

The final arc of the second clone wars show seems to take some cues from season one of the resistance cartoon by having it take place during episode 3.

I kind of hope that we get an additional season for star wars rebels that takes place during the search for Ezra and Thrawn.
