Core Meltdown Imminent!

I wish my computer would’be stopped freezing every 3 minutes while I was trying to make corrections to my work. Also, my eyes were fucking straining focusing on the screen while trying to fidget with Microsoft Word. It was so arduous.

I just found Fredrik’s channel about a month ago and already I’m fascinated to his videos.

7am on a day off is probably my personal definition of purgatory

I have developed a small sense of existential dread lately.
 
Not to my own fate, as I care very little about that.
 
But fates beyond mine.
 
It has led me to dwell on rather depressing thoughts. Made worse by the legions of fools and idiots which are the impetus for this dread.

Gonna be real bummed when it gets too hot to do so.

I know what you mean, I like to go for walks myself, sometimes even during warm weather & despite coming back sweating my bollocks off, I like to have a nice cool shower afterwards.

Get a damn basket.

I fantasize about my life being exactly how I want it. Down to the tiniest details and it brings me great comfort.

This isn’t exactly the same but in the fact that they both require physical movement
 
Intense cardio (85-90% maximum heart rate) for 4-5 hours  
Oh yeah.. feels so good for the next 24 hours  
Like super chill and everything just feels okay  
But you can’t do too often or the time and intensity decreases exponentially
 
Unfortunately I want to get back in shape but it’s best to wait a fucking four months as I have trips of 4-5 days planned and then a 2 week trip  
And it has to be the same elliptical to actually be able to do it (specific parts of muscles) so…
 
I just wanted to vent how it’s going to be a while until I can really do it.. fuck  
….

I usually have the opposite reaction, mostly stemming from the fact that it could be worse, despite the flaws with that reasoning. Or perhaps it’s more that I grow more appreciative of what I have.
