According to a source at Disney, the decision to hold the episode of Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur was made more than a year ago and was not based the result of recent U.S. elections. That source said that “in this case, this decision was based on this specific episode, not because of the character being trans.” They said the episode is not specifically “banned” from airing, but being “held.” It’s unclear if the episode will ever see an official release.

Dude, the show staff (and people who worked at Disney when the show was still in production like Dana Terrace) have LITERALLY gone on record saying that the episode was pulled specifically because of the openly trans character, alongside this bullshit panic over trans athletes occurring over the last couple of years.

Keep in mind that despite Owl House having phenomenal queer representation for a kids show, they still had to waffle around their non-binary characters being referred to as such throughout the entire thing. Hell, they weren’t even able to openly use the term “bi” until the final season.

As much I’d love for Andy to win against MBrandon, it wasn’t going to happen with her current skills and lack of proper training. At least she managed to win over Mikey and even impress MBrandon. I’m sure the latter might’ve had hand in Mikey leaving the Butchershop, though I wonder if Mikey actually got their Dad’s permission to leave because y’know he’s a still kid and I wonder if Amber Alerts in IFG exist.

Ok, so I guess Crunchyroll somehow got the on-screen subtitles for a Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest episode mixed up with a Tower of God episode.
