To be fair, Big Mac and Marble actively got to know each other over several days. Twilight and Flash bumped into each other a few times but otherwise knew virtually nothing about one another.

Remember kids, always make out in front of open windows so everyone can see you. It’s only polite. Also I’m kind of surprised that Twilight is being the more aggressive one (given that Sunset is more undressed, not that I’m complaining).

This was made during G1 of the TOY generations, yes, and if it had the same character set as G1, I’d call it 1.5. But it doesn’t have the same characters, setting, animation style, and first aired on the Disney Channel of all places. This is unlike any other MLP cartoon other than the characters being equines with marks on their ass. Even their biology is different (These ponies have parents, while G1 ‘babies’ are all clones of older ponies). So I’m calling this G2 of the cartoon generations, because otherwise it’s like I’m referring to apples and oranges as the same fruit.
 
Also it can be fun to piss off uptight overly-serious toy collectors.

Ad hominem, short for argumentum ad hominem, is the logical fallacy of attacking the person’s character instead of their argument. Generally it’s used when a person is too stupid or uncreative to think of actual arguments.

So yes, let’s concentrate on immigrants, wasting resources that could go to searching for domestic terrorists instead.  
Considering that every successful terrorist attack on U.S. soil after 9/11 has been from citizens, not foreigners, I’m not sure that’s a wise thing to do. These groups do not need to fly people in. They have cells here, right now, actively recruiting natural-born U.S. citizens as new members. With the Internet/DarkNet, they don’t even need to be here to do their recruiting. And even if they want to bring more in, what’s to stop them from going to another country and using a fake passport to get here from there? These groups easily have enough funding to do so.  
And even the 9/11 terrorists… most of them were from Saudi Arabia, an ally of ours, who wouldn’t be affected by the ban; not unless we wanted to piss off one of our biggest oil suppliers.

Of all the ponies I would have thought might be a headbanger… and in canon no less… this could make for some interesting fanfictions at least.
