Do you feel that its been over done?

I really liked that they included the detail of cutting Fluttershy’s mane.  
It makes sense as the Shadowbolts and Wonderbolts, being aerial teams, would wear shorter hair so they don’t get caught in anything or obscure the flyer.  
(And just to be safe, I am aware that the Shadowbolts aren’t real and are just a form of Nightmare Moon.)
 
I do love how the art is a mix between cute and awesome.
 
This would make a good fanfic to write for.  
One day, fanfic, one day.

Indeed. Anyone who can make monsters and ne’er-do-wells backdown without a fight would most definitely be someone to look out for.

I wonder what shipping name these two should be called?

For those wondering, Sweetie Belle does in fact have a thought bubble, but its very opaque, and I didn’t even noticed it at first glance.

This was pretty nice.
 
Now I wonder if Rarity was thinking of Shadow Spade when making the Mare Do Well costume.

I kinda wish that we knew a tad bit more on Rough Diamond.
 
The author wished he was able to have more space to talk about Rough Diamond on “backstory and/or motive.” But he ultimately focused on Trixie and Babs Seed, which was for the better.

Still kind of wished more was known. Because we still aren’t sure if Rough Diamond was a good cop turned bad, or if she infiltrated the police for this occasion. Maybe some tie in on how she got her cutie mark.

I wonder what she meant by the nickname “Second-Story Prancer?”

I find this very adorable. Fluttershy’s cute cheeks. Her adorable teary eyes looking at Discord, who is ever so adoringly holding her face.
 
It’s all very sweet.

Wow, I just realized that Fluttershy is pulling Discord’s tie using her tail. XD
 
Ah the details…

To further add, I do love how each of the guardian costumes/classes seem to correspond with each of the six pony races, with the most obvious being the Hunter armors looking like they are inspired by Pegasus wings.
 
Also, almost all of their armors seem to closely resemble costumes from the show and from the Equestria Girls franchise.
 
Also love that their pets are the Ghosts. I noticed that you even included the eye shapes for each of them. That’s a neat touch.
 
While Luna here is the Traveler, it would be nice if she had something representing her pet possum, Tiberius, from the comic book series.
 
I wonder who would be the Darkness. It could be Discord, or it could be based on the idea of the Lauren Faust’s old idea of the corruption force that twisted Luna’s desires and grief into Nightmare Moon.  
(And maybe had something to do with Discord, I’m not sure. You can ignore this one for now)
 
I would love to be the one to give them helmets to suit them. Alas, if only my art abilities were good enough. Maybe one day.

“The Shadowbolts’ Hut” is very cool.
 
Whoever made the decision to had this made, and whoever had designed this, good job on them!

This would’ve been nice if the Everfree Forest was an village, but eh.
 
With that said, I hope the Castle of the Two Sisters does eventually be rebuilt, either as the Pillars of Equestria’s new HQ, or just be called the Everfree Castle.

Also, why do the Cutie Mark Crusaders have their own airship?!

Then that will mean Fluttershy would be Jinx.  
Who is another ninja in the GI Joe franchise.
 
I imagine she would wear that black and yellow ninja outfit Jinx wore from the live-action film G.I. Joe: Retaliation. IT was a winter scene where Jinx and Snake Eyes takes Storm Shadow up in a snow mountain.
