This actually ties into a comic made by the same artist. Discord turned the Twilicane into a completely gold colored and perverted version of Twilight. It turned Spike into Barb, gave Twilight a futa cock, and then used an ability to make them speak their lustful thoughts and get them fucking. It was fun.
It was the third or fourth comic in the “Temptation” series.
I think it’s similar to Celestia’s regalia.
