But most definitely preferable to letting your buddies get killed ’cause you failed to take the shot ‘cause you had to take a break to use “the little snipers’ room”.

that’s probably the best solution in this situation.
Tell target you gotta go to the bathroom.
Activate innocent puppy eyes and ask if the target could pwease accompany you to the restrooms.
Awkwardly attempt to hide weapons behind your back.

You’ve got the right idea!
That way you never even have to take your sights off the target. As any sniper knows - the moment you look away, is the moment you die.
