I used your image here, but wanted to include a second pony in a way consistent with your image, so I made this :q
 
Originally it was going to be more style emulation, but It looked a bit flat with vectors without shading, so I colored the outlines and added shading. I really should get a drawing tablet sometime and explore styles aside from vectors…
 
But vectors can get pretty amazing
