I looked through your forum posts to try to get a handle on your writing style. Fortunately, in my mind at least, you live up to your claims.
 
However, I doubt that posts or messages on this site are the most effective way to roleplay due to a number of problems.  
  • There is high overhead: to determine if you have gotten a new message in a (PM) thread you need to either reload the page (slow due to re-fetching assets) or click on the notifications button and then click back to your thread.  
  • There is high latency: this site does not have push or live notifications (yet, hopefully) and therefore it can be easy to get distracted and difficult to make a timely or well thought-out response.  
  • There is less constraint: the board is relatively unconstrained as to what can constitute a response. In theory, that’s good. In practice, it’s easier for me to write with weak time and space constraints (like IRC’s 510 character limit and usually quite visible timestamps) than without.

I’m on other sites as well, plus I have Skype and Discord as well. Skype is probably the best as Discord often forces me to go into do not disturb mode because servers.
