I dunno, EqG1 Spike was obnoxiously competent and kind of a badass
And growth abilities. (Admittedly, only fans give Spike the ability to grow on command. X3 )
How about an improved range of motion for starters, and possibly a slight increase in physical strength.

Spike from Equestria was still a big help in this world, and he had the exact same body.
Of course the Spike here is just a dog, but maybe the overexposure to Equestrian magic gave him other benefits besides talking.
After all, the pegasi of the human Elements got wings, and everyBODY in that group became half pony.

thumbsclaws so he can’t hold stuff, can’t teleport scrolls, can’t cook, can’t clean, and can’t be perfectly capable whenever the show isn’t actively trying to hit him with the idiot ball for an easy laugh.So no.
