Right? That’s the funniest thing, the ponies are all super nice and understanding and friendly the whole time, and Braeburn even tries to slip in a moral lesson there, while anonbob just keeps slipping further and further into madness.
Add in the fact I read it all in Spongebob’s voice, and it’s some really good dark humor.

Yeah but it also sounds like what horses do in the wild - defeat the alpha male, mount the alpha mare. I guess, don’t really know if they do that.
It’s a story about the cultural differences between humans, who view sexual intercourse with one’s own mother as depraved, and ponies, who (in this story) view said act as a literal rite of passage every male child must go through to prove their worth to society.
It’s kind of funny to see everypony trying to be understanding about it.
