Actually, all you need to do is make one friend who turns out to be Twilight’s former enemy, stage a comeback show at the same time of an important dinner that she’s also supposed to be at, gloat to Twilight about having beaten her at friendship, lose said friend temporarily, put on the show anyway, leap into the mouth of a manticore and suddenly be teleported out at the last second by your once-again friend. THEN Twilight will respect you.

Don’t Worry Trixie! All you need to do is gain 5 friends, get a cute dragon, beat 3 evil monsters, solve a friendship problem about cutiemarks, and not die in the process.

This could actually be a pretty great fanfic premise. Or at least an interesting one.
 
Also, Rose’s Scabbard is probably one of my top three episodes of Steven Universe. The right words at the right time make all the difference. That, and I think Pearl’s breakdowns are really… well, saying good would be rude. Interesting might be a better word.

Hah, I didn’t even recognize the reference when I saw it. Totally saw that episode of Steven Universe, though. I don’t know what would lead up to this moment, though. Maybe Snips and Snails interrupted a suicide attempt or something? I dunno.
 
Trixie seems to love herself too much to do that; but perhaps that whole facade of a persona is the reason why she’s unstable and would attempt? Buuuuut, she was left on decent terms at the end of Magic Duel, sadly since that means no loose threads for fanfics to pick up. At least not nearly as much, anyways :q

They may be really dumb and they may have ruined her career, but this is proof that they do very much care.
