You need to have sex every night until the last, then fly to Canterlot at night.
Once there, go to the right and click on the circle, this will take you to a minigame which if you win you’ll get Luna’s scene.
Just a heads up though, the minigame is hard as fucking hell, you need to constantly keep your shield up and only click Luna once once you get an opening, otherwise you’ll get completely destroyed.
