The first steps should be done on the first day-  
  1. Become a unicorn, go to twilight and learn the spells from her book  
  2. Break the rock for AJ and buck apples (do NOT agree to go to the barn when you’re done)  
  3. Run to the train station and get the ticket  
  4. Become a pegasus and give spike the ticket  
  5. Then go to rarity and learn the second combat spell
     
    Then go to Twilight’s house and get laid-
     
    Then the next steps are done on day 2-  
  6. Become a unicorn  
  7. Agree to help Spike who’s sitting in the box outside Rarity’s house  
  8. Cut the window
     
    Then go back to rarity’s house at night and try to go to the window again-
     
    Then you shouldn’t have to do anything the third day besides kill time
     
    Then on the final night you’ll get spike by going to the train station and clicking behind the wooden platform on the first screen.

I got Luna, but it took forever. The trick is to click her once when she’s not summoning her balls of energy. After that, spam click yourself to put up your shield. After a few times more times, her shield should break and you should start doing damage. And there you have it, you get Luna! At least that’s how I got her.
