Ah, yes, I’d imagine it’d be more efficient to effectively ignore any illogical or nonsensical calls to justice and to instead focus on issues that do require attention. As far as I can tell, these sorts of problems can’t be solved by time and money alone. However, they do contribute. The effect time and money give is to inspire witnesses and others to give back as well, the exact message of the movie Pay It Forward, as it were. And so, the Domino Effect takes its course, in a sense, and it’s somewhat evident by the last fifty years that it has been in effect all this time since The Movement. :j

MY PERSONAL OPINION:  
SJWism is a misguided attempt to get rid of the oppression of the colored, homosexual, disabled etc. population. Where it went off the rails IN MY OPINION is blaming all white het cis males for the crimes of a few as well as wanting to eradicate them from the face of the earth. SJWs represent the resentment towards the aforementioned privileged individuals taken too far. While I do not in any way agree with their methods, I believe they meant well but let their righteousness corrupt them. After all, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
 
By my first comment I only meant that blindly attacking them just as they do to you will not solve the problem. Rather, it would be more productive to understand where they come from and calmly point out where they went wrong.
 
Not personally attacking you, just opining that neither of you are completely justified.

That is exactly what he did. Self-righteous is a derogatory term, and he had no other motivation. If you’re going to participate in a conversation, please pay attention to what’s being said in it.

That’s also what makes religious extremists dangerous. That’s what makes Starlight Glimmer dangerous. That’s why people like me keep conflating the three. Regardless of the details of their ideologies, they are all functionally identical.

Granted, not very many SJWs actually know what the hell they’re doing. An internet forum seen by roughly one hundred people on the planet is not a great way to spread social acceptance. No, who I do respect are “Social Justice Activists”. People in communities who can see the big picture better than whitey. Those who stage peaceful protests and/or assemblies (those who stage non-peaceful ones, I ask them what’s the bloody point, lol.) Those who speak to governments and lawmakers. Those who listen to kids and working class. Not many see them on widespread news, otherwise, I’d know some names other than King and B. Anthony. :j

The intent of SJWs is to create an ultra-progressive totalitarian state where no one is allowed to express anything that might offend somebody, and which also punishes anybody whose ancestry can be traced back to a position of privilege, and where there are no individuals, only collectives.

They are irrational. The entirety of the social justice warrior philosophy is founded in emotion, an absolute antithesis to rationality. Calling me self-righteous is not only incorrect, it will not change that fact. Evil is a political construct used to justify wishing harm on other people, primarily for being different.

The intent of SJWs is rather clear. Like other problems, they usually target the root. However, the real problem is the root is actually a whole lot of different people perpetuating inequality, intentionally or otherwise. I don’t even believe people are the root, but I believe it’s a combination of things, like psychologically established notions, the distant past, and more than I can see myself as a white male. The fight against inequality is very much invisible. It exists, mind, but it’s incredibly difficult to find and kill. :T
