the enchantment for that allows non pegasi to use pegasi physical magic, in a similar fashion a unicorn of high power or alicorn could have enough magic to boost their own physical magic to allow for stuff like water and wall walking.

This reminds me of a fic I read where Twilight magically took three blobs of water and made each one exist in a different form. Meaning she made one into ice, one as steam, and one left as water.
