I think I already found the most overpowered character: Equestria Girls. Apparently it’s not Human Twilight. No, it’s the ENTIRETY OF THE MOVIE. I think I can figure out its moveset.  
Standard Special: Creates a random plot out of nowhere and confuses opponents.  
Side Special: Throws the crown thing at an opponent. You know, because that was pretty much the only GOOD thing in the entire movie.  
Down Special: Summons Spike the Dog to bite nearby opponents  
Up Special: The equivalent of Jigglypuff’s Sing: Does nothing to aid in recovery and puts opponents to sleep.  
Final Smash: Mirror thing somehow appears out of nowhere, summoning an avalanche of ponies and humans. Makes just about as much sense as the actual movie.

Chrysalis is unplayable because she was one of the most wanted characters to be playable. Sakurai “Wanted to remain faithful to how Chrysalis should be (Despite keeping Sombra a clone of Creepy Foalcon)”- A Gigantic Boss Character who helps you if you hurt her enough (SO INTELLIGENT!), and transforms into “Meta Chrysalis” by drinking Mutagen (Because that’s totally how that works. SO FAITHFUL TO THE ORIGINAL!)
