Personally, I’ve always felt that the Cutie Mark Crusaders would be perfect as the Disgaea trio.
 
And Celestia as Vulcanus? I know there really is absolutely no pony who could be Vulcanus, but really? I think she’d be absolutely perfect as Lamington but I guess since his face isn’t on the cover this is the next best thing?

V appears to also be Mid-Derp (Derpy-Boss?), Vulestia, Trixie either as Pliere or a generic Sucubus, and….I’m not certain who Chrysalis is suppose to be.

So, we have Rainbow Laharl (Harlie Dash?), Etna Sparkle, Flonneshy, Spike-Prinny (Hard to mix those up), CAPTAIN SCOOTALOO, DEFENDER OF EQUESTRA!, Jenny Bloom, Sweetie Thursday, and I’m not entirely sure about the others.
 
It’s been a while since I looked at the cover of Disgaea.
