The C&D has been partially lifted. According to Hasbro, their lawyers were acting independently from their wishes when they sent it in the first place (this is what happens when you farm out your legal dept. to a large outside firm). Jan was allowed to reupload Picture Perfect Pony, Don’t Mine At Night, and the Galacon promos. Button’s Adventures is apparently still in negotiations, but Jan sounded optimisic that they would find a solution to make both sides happy. Final news is still forthcoming.
