All incorrect. Incest increases the likelihood of RECESSIVE phenotypes - some of which are harmful, some of which are harmless or even beneficial.

It would depend.  
Actually, if my understanding of genetics is correct, inbreeding increases the occurrence of harmful phenotypes. The likelihood of this happening between siblings is fairly high when compared to a regular, non incestuous pairing.

…I’m pretty sure that incest isn’t a sure-fire way to have a child born with defects, though, inbreeding only increases the chance of a defect in a bloodline.  
It’s sort like russian roulette, but with a revolver that loses chambers every generation.
