Who ever drew this needs to go back and look at some proper muscle diagrams, and maybe learn something about the limitations of muscle mass and the effect it would have on the body.
 
One of the things I draw on a regular basis is large muscles, several of the characters I work with have heavy builds.

Now, I don’t have too much against a woman with a little bit of muscle. But this? These aren’t muscles, they’re tumors. At least, that’s what it comes across as to me.
