it´s just a joke, many bronies dislike/hate him for his human version from Equestria girls, i don´t hate him but i wont judge until he gets more relevance on the friendship is magic and/or equestria girls rainbow rocks.

Flash is only hated because his human counterpart was a generic one-dimensional love interest.
 
Poor pony Flash Sentry has done nothing to deserve the hate. Though he technically hasn’t done anything yet, so I can’t like him either.
