I think in Lesson Zero that a security guard found it, didn’t know it was Celestia’s, and got rid of it, so normally she would’ve been like “Yo, just cut it out, k?”, but she was super pissed without her bong.
Pretty sure anypony who has to rule a race of these psychotic creatures for over 1,000 years needs a hit just to raise the sun every morning.
