Well whichever it is, the processes considered have similar effects to each others… hookers would mean next to little to the primarchs.

More seriously, the reason why that wouldn’t work is apparently because the primarchs and space marines are all sterile. Becoming a super solder of the Empire seems to have a similar effect to steroids and shrinks tool as well, and with emotions being messed with one can even ask if they can get ‘turned on’.
