You also forget that your keyboard has keys other than the ones for alphanumeric characters. For example, did you know that you have a shift key as well as a period key? Oh, the fascinating things we learn! Now you can finally make structurally sound sentences!

Is that where you throw stocks at someone? I didn’t know that that was a punishable offense. As someone that’s quite broke, I’d welcome any stocks in probably any way in which someone wanted to deliver them to me.

But I guess Daring Do is a famous writer (and adventurer, but that pays jack shit), so she can afford to be a bit picky about the way in which stocks are delivered to her.

Did she get life in prison for stroking? Was it a cat she was stroking? Maybe a marmoset?

The kind of animal does matter, you know. That can affect the sentence. Was she stroking something else? That can affect the sentence, too.

Its cause refuge in audacity The key is to be so audacious in how you violate the rules (whether they be laws or a moral/ethic code) that no one can believe you did it.

a famous example would be When the Nazis gained power and began cracking down on the German film industry, Jewish actor Peter Lorre and one of his friends drove out to an isolated area to destroy various documents that “incriminated” their friends as prime blacklist material (or worse). When a policeman caught them burning the documents, Lorre successfully convinced the cop that they were filming a scene for his next movie and asked for his help. The policeman happily helped them destroy all the documents and left with an autograph. The best part? The pair had no film equipment with them whatsoever.
