Man, these wings on Dash remind me of both Barbie and Filly Butterfly’s character (https://filly.fandom.com/wiki/Princess_Scarlet); they’re gorgeous, gotta wonder what the inspiration was!

The only thing I don’t like about this story is that all the victims don’t blame Celestiia or Twilight one bit, and she herself isn’t looking for ways to fix what she’s done. Like, seriously, Celestia’s horn now reflects her emotions, which is fatal for a politician of her level (this is taken from the story itself), Rainbow Dash has practically lost what she loved and dreamed of. Fluttershy was not injured in general, Pinkie Pie seems to be fine with the fact that there are two of her now, Rarity has adapted thanks to Discord.
I don’t know about other readers/viewers of this story, but if I were Twilight, I would put my relationship with Applejack aside and throw all my strength to give back to my friends what I took from them.

In this AU the artist made, when Twilight first became an Alicorn, she couldn’t control her magic and accidentally changed her friends. The butterfly wings Dash has are soft and because of this, this probably means that Dash can’t fly as fast as she used to when she had her more bird-like wings. And she can’t fly too close to the sun or she’ll lose her wings (similar to what happened to Rarity when she had the butterfly wings). So Twi is feeling guilt because of this.

Twilight, not wanting to be an alicorn princess, went berserk and her magic got out of control. Because of this, Rarity became Abyssinian, Fluttershy became Batpony, Rainbow’s wings became like this, Pinkie Pie was divided into Pinkamina and Pinkie. Only Applejack remained unchanged.
